About HIITCLUB
HIITCLUB is a small group training experience that blends high-impact interval workouts with advanced fitness technology. Sessions include the use of treadmills, rowers, assault bikes, TRX, free weights, and bodyweight exercises -- all integrated with MyZone heart-rate monitoring for real-time performance feedback.
