Overview
The Enrollment & Administrative Coordinator supports the Youth Programs and Early Childhood departments by managing participant enrollment, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to families. This role ensures compliance with JCC and NC DHHS licensing standards while assisting with program operations, communications, and administrative systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, community-centered environment.
