Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Development Associate to support our fundraising efforts and advance our mission. This role is integral to the daily operations of the development team and plays a key role in data management, donor stewardship, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about nonprofit work and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related administrative roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (Nonprofit Success Pack) or similar CRM systems strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
