Principal Responsibilities:

Camp Division Head - works for 8 weeks of the summer at Camp By The Sea in Margate

Rates:

Division Head: $4,500 for 8 weeks of summer

Must have Covid-19 Vaccination

Minimum Qualifications:

Divison Head:

• The Division Head will lead his or her camp unit in weekly activities and assist the Camp Director in planning and executing a diverse and developmentally appropriate schedule including theme days and special events.
• The Division Head will complete daily checks to make sure all campers are accounted for.
• The Division Head will be responsible for working with the counselors and Camp Director in enforcing camp rules and discipline procedures.
• The Division Head will be responsible for working with the Camp Director, as well as Counselors, to maintain positive interactions and communication with camp families.
• The Division Head will oversee and coach counselors with in transitions and all aspects of group management.
• The Division Head reports directly to the Camp Director.
• The Division Head is responsible for maintaining staff attendance and for directing staff in maintaining the health and safety of individual campers.
• The Division Head will fully participate in and help to lead weekly staff trainings.
• The position of Division Head is a supervisory position. He or she will be responsible for directing, supervising, and evaluating all counselors in his or her Unit.
• The Division Head will organize and maintain paperwork for campers and counselors in his or her unit.

Salary:

Under $25,000
