Principal Responsibilities:

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Dayton is seeking a energetic, passionate educator with strong management skills to become the Assistant Director of the Early Childhood Center. The Assistant Director, under the supervision of the Director of the Early Childhood Center, will be included in all aspects of managing and developing and growing a full day year-round preschool for infants through five-year-olds. Our highly successful and well recognized program has a goal to combine best practices and universal Jewish values to create a child-centered learning environment that aligns with the overall mission of the JCC.

Principal Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the Assistant Director to support the Director in developing, inspiring, implementing, and leading a program rooted in best practices in early childhood education, while integrating ideals from a variety of educational philosophies, frameworks, principles, and values.
