PAY RATE/STATUS: $22-$26 per hour DOE / Full-Time, Non-Exempt
The Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center is currently seeking a dynamic Philanthropy Administrative Coordinator to join a team of professionals in a collaborative environment focused on results, growth and building community. Under the direction of the Director of Philanthropy, the Philanthropy Administrative Coordinator is responsible for performing routine administrative activities in support of the Philanthropy department, as well as performing marketing duties associated with philanthropic efforts. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to: timeline management; database cleansing and upkeep; receiving and screening calls/email/mail; making arrangements for meetings and conference calls; composing correspondence and preparing reports; scheduling and controlling priorities; utilizing social media to promote events; creating philanthropy focused collateral; inventory and requisition of supplies and maintaining files. The incumbent in this role will act as the liaison between various Philanthropy representatives and other departments within the JCC by providing clear and consistent communication.
