Principal Responsibilities:

Position Summary

The Aquatics Private Lesson Coordinator is a part-time position primarily responsible for coordination and communication for all JCCMW private swim lessons.

Hours

Either

Tuesday to Saturday

Tues and Thurs 9 AM -1:30 PM

Wed and Fri - 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Sat - 8 AM -1:30 PM

OR

Wednesday to Sunday

Wed and Thurs 9 AM to 1:30 PM

Fri 2:30 PM - 6 PM

Sat & Sun 8 AM to 1 PM.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Communicates on a regular basis with parents, instructors and JCCMW Management
• Is available to parents and instructors on-site
• Maintains a high level of customer service at all times.
• Responds to questions, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Tracks instructors' weekly availability and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains an accurate client wait list and updates these records as needed.
• Monitors expiring swim lesson six packs to re-enroll clients
• Manages payment tracking
• Ensures swimmer compliance with the rules of the program

Minimum Qualifications:

Skills, Education and Experience

• Must have excellent organization and communications skills.
• Experience working with Google Sheets and Excel
• Water Safety Instructor Certification a plus
• Experience with Daxko a plus
