Principal Responsibilities:

The Information Technology Salesforce Administrator is part technical project manager, part educator, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. He/she/they are responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of JCC Greater Boston's CRM. This role offers multiple opportunities for a professional who enjoys using their analytic, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Collaborating closely with various departments, the Salesforce Administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. He/she/they will also refine processes over time.

The salary for this position is $65,000-$70,000/year. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. This position is a full-time hybrid (in office/remote) opportunity -- planned for 60% in the office, with the potential for adjustment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports, maintains, and implements technical solutions, designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority
• Handles all essential administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports, dashboards, creation of new fields, plus other routine tasks
• Gathers detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate. Document customizations made in Salesforce. Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects.
• Automates processes using Salesforce tools such as flow automation, validation rules
• Trains new users and grows salesforce skill set across the organization.
• Assists with general desktop/application support (Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, basic hardware support, etc.)
• Partners with VP IT to identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, document merge, and more
• Assists other IT staff, as needed

Qualifications

• Have strong salesforce interest and ability to master new technology quickly, and understanding of the salesforce platform and best practices. Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred or intention to complete. Able to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Skilled at assessing the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
• Have nonprofit cloud consultant certification preferred or intention to complete
• Have excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
• Have a proven ability to grasp and communicate complex processes. Be a creative analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a learning-oriented mindset.
• Be skilled at learning new brand translating new business processes technical solutions
• Be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
• Have non-hierarchical project supervision and the potential for direct supervision control under departmental reorganization/expansion
• Have a college degree or equivalent
