Position Summary: The Senior Director of Philanthropic Engagement is a strategic, high-visibility fundraiser responsible for the vitality and growth of the individual donor pipeline. This role is tasked with identifying and cultivating the next generation of "Wavemakers" in the Silicon Valley Jewish community. You will serve as a primary ambassador, moving donors from transactional giving to deep, mission-aligned partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development & Acquisition: Design and execute a "new funder" strategy to identify and onboard 50+ new major gift prospects ($10k+) annually from the tech and venture capital sectors.
Portfolio Management: Directly manage a portfolio of 125-150 high-potential households, utilizing "moves management" to increase their lifetime value and commitment to the annual campaign.
Affinity Group Leadership: Oversee the philanthropic strategy for key cohorts (e.g., Tech/Business leadership circles, Women's Philanthropy, and Young Adults) to create a sense of belonging and purpose.
Strategic Stewardship: In partnership with Marketing, develop high-impact stewardship materials that provide "moral clarity" and demonstrate the tangible ROI of a donor's investment in the community.
Event Integration: Lead the conversion strategy for community events, ensuring that engagement leads to meaningful philanthropic follow-up.
Qualifications & Compensation
Compensation Range:$145,000.00 - $175,000.00 estimated annual.

$150,000 - $165,000
