FLSA Classification: Part Time, hourly/non-exempt, up to 28 hours a week
Pay Rate (hourly): $14.00/hr

Job Summary: The Receptionist performs the administrative, financial, and security functions of the JCC's main reception desk. The Receptionist connects JCC members and community members to all of the JCC's programming, services, and engagement opportunities. The Receptionist supports the mission of the JCC by maintaining excellent customer service, following security protocol, and ensuring that every individual contacting the JCC receives a warm welcome, as well as encouragement and support to further engage with the JCC.
Principal Responsibilities:
The Receptionist is the welcoming "face" of the JCC to all who contact the organization. The Receptionist creates a sense of belonging among members and the community, encourages deeper engagement, and promptly acknowledges and addresses questions and concerns.
