Principal Responsibilities:

IJ & Jeanne Wagner Jewish Community Center is hiring Facilities & Maintenance (FM) Technician. We currently have a full time position available. Must be available Sunday - Thursday, pm. Previous Facilities & Maintenance experience preferred.

As a member of the FM team at the Jewish Community Center, you will provide our members and guests with the highest level of customer service while ensuring their safety in a fun and community-oriented environment. We take pride in providing the high level of safety and comfort our community counts on when they come to our facility.

POSITION REQUIREMENT
A high level of integrity and a good work ethic. Desire to be part of an elite dedicated team. Excited to learn the different aspects of maintaining a high end property and be an essential worker. Desire to work toward making the lives of people who come to the JCC just a little better, through: events, health, safety and educational classes.

Must be able to be outside in various weather conditions, and perform cleaning duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Range: $16 - 18.00 + (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to all members and guests
• Cleaning duties/chemical testing as assigned
• Understand rules, policies, and procedures as stated in the employee manual as well as how to respond to any and all emergencies
• Assist fellow staff in tasks, including vehicle and building maintenance and grounds maintenance
• All other assorted minor jobs assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Prior FM experience preferred
