Principal Responsibilities:

Early Childhood Education at the Y

The Y is a nurturing and inclusive early childhood education center dedicated to supporting the growth and development of young learners. We foster a safe, engaging, and play-based environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Early Childhood Assistant Teacher for our Extended Day program (2:00 - 6:00). The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, demonstrates patience and creativity, and is committed to early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

Status: Part-time, FLSA Non-exempt

Hours: Mon through Fri, 2 pm to 6 pm

Salary: $22 - $24 per hour (Salary commensurate with education)
