Job Summary: The Associate Director of HR helps employees find their work home and fuel a vibrant community at the JCC. This position will coordinate an efficient and effective recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process; manage benefits; and foster a gratifying and enjoyable staff experience. As a member of the Finance Team, the Associate Director of HR is responsible for managing the human resource and benefits logistics for ~40 full-time and 50 part-time/seasonal employees each year.
