Principal Responsibilities:

Are you an IT professional who enjoys using your skills to help others while working in a collaborative, supportive and dynamic environment? JCC Greater Boston has a new role for a Desktop Support Technician who will work across a broad range of technologies and across all areas of the business to support staff. Work will include both technical aspects as well as explaining issues and solutions in technical and nontechnical terms. Current staff size is +/400 with significant expansion during the summer. This is a full time, on site position.
