Principal Responsibilities:

The Gymnastics and Cheerleading Head Coach is a dynamic and passionate leader responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive gymnastics and cheerleading programs. This individual possesses a deep understanding of both sports, with the ability to train athletes from beginner to advanced levels. Key responsibilities include designing training regimens, and teaching techniques, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for all participants.

30 to 35 hours / week

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in gymnastics and cheerleading, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring athletes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in gymnastics and cheerleading.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
• Excellent organizational and event planning skills.
• Certification in USA Gymnastics Safety or willingness to become USA Gymnastics Safety certified.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000
