Children and Camp Haverim Assistant Director is responsible for the organization, leadership, direction, management of programs and services which meet the needs of children and their families. The primary responsibility for the Children and Camp Haverim Assistant Director is the after-school program using the State of California guidelines. Camp responsibility includes implementing a safe, creative and Jewish environment that follows the American Camping Association Standards. Reports directly to the Children and Camp Haverim Director of the JCC.
The minimum amount of formal or informal education required to perform the position successfully is education or job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education. The minimum amount of relevant work experience required is at least six (6) years.
The Assistant Director Children & Camp must have and be able to apply the following skills at the levels consistently indicated to produce assigned results.
