Principal Responsibilities:

Are you someone with proven Human Resource skills who thrives on working as part of a team in a people-focused environment? If so, JCC Greater Boston would like to invite you to apply for the Human Resources Assistant position. This is a 30 hour per week position with benefits.


The Human Resources Assistant will:

Build strong relationships with and provides vital services to the Human Resources team, managers and staff across the organization.

Participate in the administration and organization of various human resources programs, procedures, and special projects.

Bring a balance of flexibility, graciousness, results orientation, drive and discipline to work, supporting organizational goals.
