SUMMARY: The Lifeguard Monitors activities in swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers by performing the following duties.
Job Duties will include but may not be limited to:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong knowledge of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write short routine correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and email group situations, and to other employees of the organization.
Basic mathematical skills required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
