Within the Youth and Recreation department, Director of Youth Enrichment and Programming will oversee and help support enrichment programs that include but are not limited to:

Minimum Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have excellent time management skills, be flexible, be a team player, be open to feedback, be creative, and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent assessment and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Willing to work some evenings and Saturdays as needed.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
  • Full-time, FLSA Exempt, in-person position.
    • September-June: Sunday through Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed. (specific hours to be determined)
    • July and August: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm* on site at Camp Twelve Trails;additional hours may be required during the summer season.

WORK AUTHORIZATION & CLEARANCE:
  • Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass the background check, medical tests, fingerprinting through the Department of Health & Department of Education, and other pre-employment requirements.

Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000
