Overview of the Role:
The PJCC seeks a motivated, goal-oriented professional to serve as an integral member of the Development team. The Director, Leadership and Legacy plays a critical role in the PJCC's fundraising and donor stewardship efforts. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role ensures capacity by identifying and soliciting leadership-level gifts through Chai Society, PJCC's leadership giving group ($1,800-$10,000) and establishing a strong pipeline for planned gifts. As part of the Development team, the Director, Leadership and Legacy secures commitments for PJCC's Chai Society (leadership giving), Legacy Society (planned giving), and additional campaigns to support meaningful philanthropic engagement and achievement of fundraising goals.

SALARY RANGE: $110,000 to $130,000
