Principal Responsibilities:

The Director of the JCCs Center for Supportive Services will be a senior member of the JCCs leadership team, responsible for designing and overseeing a portfolio of programs, services and experiences for people with neuro-developmental disabilities, their families, and others with underserved needs for social/emotional support. Programs and services may include, but not be limited to, recreational opportunities, vocational training, clinical supports, group work, referrals, or other services that meet community needs. The Director of Supportive Services will also work across the organization to ensure that holistically, all JCC programs (including camp and after-school programs), are models of inclusion. This is a grant-funded position.

Minimum Qualifications:



A Masters Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field;

Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities;

Previous experience in a supervisory role;
